Flashback...
The second surf trip of 2008 was Bundoran once again, this time I had my own board, wetsuit and roof ties... I was all set!
One of the guys organised a couple of houses through the Bundoran Surf Co. It was the start of the group surf trips, we were pure beginners but totally eager.
We did a bit of surfing at Tullan Strand and at Streedagh further south. This was one of my first outings on my new board - a 7'7" NSP Surf Series...
Barely caught any waves but had a great weekend; the sun was shining, the water was pretty warm and the craic was great. We hit the usual spots at night time... the Chasin Bull, the Bridge Bar and Jumpin Jacks, these have become our 'Locals' in Bundoran over the years.
