Flashback...
By the end of Summer '08 we were getting into the whole surfing scene and when we heard about the Seasessions Festival we were all over it... so I got onto the crew and booked the tickets.
We rented a house in Bundoran for the weekend. It was on the middle of September and the weather was pretty good. The waves weren't massive but we were only beginners and didnt venture to far above the white water!
This was the first ever Seasessions Surf and Music festival and it brought a huge crowd to Bundoran for the weekend. The music was pretty good with The Republic of Loose and Kila heading the line-up and the Chasin Bull had our local Mullingar band The Blizzards playing.
The Bridge Bar was a great spot that weekend and with the sun beaming down over The Peak, the terrace area outside the bar was swamped with people having the craic and sharing a pint together... it was a great atmosphere.
