With this flat spell recently its been difficult to get out for a decent surf so last Sunday we decided to try a bit of rock climbing down in the Burren. Being total novices at it we contacted Ben Bennett of Bens Rock Climbing Clinic and Bens Surf Clinic in Lahinch to bring us out for a beginner session in Ballybryan.
The weather was on our side with beautiful sunshine and we quickly progressed up the different grades of climbs. After about 3 hours our are arms had enough, its a totally different work out to surfing. Ben was a great instructor, very safe and good craic too. Highly recommended. So next flat day you know what to do..........
