A very strange weather pattern far out in the Atlantic created a swell that will never be seen again. A combination of south, west, north and east swells joined together to create a magnificant barrelling wave at Lahinch Beach. The wind was just perfect for this brief 30 mins window.
Locals had never seen anything like this before and with only a few out at the crack of dawn it will truly go down as a story for the grandchildren.
