The Monster Energy Surf Open Portrush Is Postponed

The event has been postponed until the 22nd - 23rd May due to a lack of waves!

After reviewing the predicted swell for this weekend the contest organisers agreed that the wave height will be below the international standard for contestable surf... typical Ireland, the weather changes for the better but the waves are a no show!

For those of you who are heading up to Portrush for the weekend all is not lost, the scheduled screening of waveriders and the live music are all going ahead.

Hopefully the waves will pick up for the 22nd of May!
